Everything that can be reasonably removed from surfaces will be removed to clean underneath.

Move Out Clean
Move Out cleans include everything deep clean includes as well as extensive dusting, extensive cleaning of windows, walls, baseboards, doors and cabinets. Move out Cleans also include scrubbing all countertops, full appliance cleans, polishing chrome fixtures, dusting light fixtures and treating hard water stains and grout. Move out cleans also include a thorough after video if client isn’t on site.

sHort Term Rental (STR) Clean
Short Term Rental (STR) cleans include everything Standard Cleans include, as well as replacing all linens, reporting all damages, restocking/resetting the property for the next guest, and on/offsite laundry. Before and after videos will be taken and provided to you same day. STR cleans can be as customized to your property as you’d like; we will make you a custom checklist for your specific property!
